1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted based on the type of service booked, the timing of cancellation, and the operational commitments already made for the booking.

Eligible Refund Requests

  • Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Service cancellation initiated by Ranga Aviation Services.
  • Duplicate payments made by mistake.
  • Services that cannot be delivered due to operational limitations on our side.
  • Confirmed bookings where the requested service is unavailable.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

  • Payment gateway charges
  • Bank transaction fees
  • Government taxes and statutory fees
  • Visa or documentation fees
  • Special request arrangements already confirmed
  • Services already utilized or partially utilized
  • Last-minute bookings where operational resources have been allocated

4. Third-Party Service Refunds

Some services are provided through third-party partners and may be subject to separate refund policies, including:

  • Airport Lounge Access
  • Hotel Bookings
  • Ground Transportation
  • Fast Track Services
  • VIP Services
  • Charter Flight Arrangements

Refunds for these services will depend on the policies of the respective service provider.


5. Flight Delays, Cancellations, and Schedule Changes

Flight Delays

Where possible, Ranga Aviation Services will attempt to adjust services to accommodate flight delays.

Airline Cancellations

Refund eligibility will depend on:

  • Whether the service was already delivered or initiated.
  • Third-party supplier policies.
  • Operational costs incurred.

Flight Rescheduling

Customers may request service rescheduling, subject to availability and operational feasibility. Additional charges may apply.


6. No-Show Policy

No refund will be provided if:

  • The passenger fails to arrive at the agreed meeting point.
  • The passenger cannot be contacted.
  • Incorrect flight or passenger information was provided.
  • The passenger declines the service upon arrival.

7. Force Majeure

Refunds may not be available for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Airport closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Security alerts
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Public health emergencies
  • Civil unrest

Each case will be reviewed individually, and alternative arrangements may be offered where possible.


8. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Estimated processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: 7–14 Business Days
  • Bank Transfers: 7–15 Business Days
  • Digital Wallets: 3–10 Business Days

Actual timelines may vary depending on banking institutions and payment providers.

  • Passenger Name
  • Service Date
  • Reason for Refund Request
  • Supporting Documents (if applicable)
