Cancellation & Refund Policy – Ranga Aviation Services

At Ranga Aviation Services, we strive to provide seamless airport assistance, concierge, and travel support services. We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations, modifications, and refunds for our services.


1. General Policy

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official customer support channels.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • The type of service booked
  • The cancellation notice period
  • Third-party supplier policies
  • Operational commitments already made for the booking

2. Cancellation by Customer

More than 48 Hours Before Service

  • Eligible for up to 100% refund, after deducting any applicable processing fees, bank charges, or third-party supplier charges.

Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Service

  • Eligible for up to 50% refund, subject to operational and supplier commitments already incurred.

Less than 24 Hours Before Service

  • No refund will be provided.

No-Show

A booking will be considered a No-Show if:

  • The passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
  • The passenger cannot be contacted.
  • Incorrect travel information has been provided.

No refund will be issued for No-Show cases.


3. Flight Delays and Schedule Changes

Flight Delays

Where possible, Ranga Aviation Services will make reasonable efforts to accommodate flight delays.

Additional charges may apply if:

  • Service duration exceeds the originally booked period.
  • Staff reallocation is required.
  • Airport regulations require additional arrangements.

Flight Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule services are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Airport operational restrictions
  • Partner approval

Any price difference or additional operational costs may be charged.


4. Cancellation by Ranga Aviation Services

In rare circumstances, Ranga Aviation Services may cancel a booking due to:

  • Operational limitations
  • Airport restrictions
  • Government regulations
  • Security concerns
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative service option where available

5. Third-Party Services

The following services may have separate cancellation policies imposed by their providers:

  • Airport Lounge Access
  • Hotel Reservations
  • Transportation Services
  • VIP Facilities
  • Fast Track Services
  • Charter Flights
  • Special Event Services

Refunds for these services will be governed by the respective provider’s terms and conditions.


6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges may be non-refundable:

  • Government taxes and fees where applicable
  • Processing fees
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Bank transfer fees
  • Visa, permit, or documentation charges
  • Special request arrangements already confirmed

7. Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation shall be payable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Airport closures
  • Airline operational issues
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Security threats or civil unrest

Each case will be reviewed individually, and reasonable alternatives may be offered where possible.


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Estimated refund timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7–14 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7–15 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 3–10 business days

Actual processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.


9. Modification Requests

Customers may request modifications to:

  • Passenger details
  • Flight information
  • Service timings
  • Additional service requirements

Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
