By booking, purchasing, or using any of our airport assistance, meet & assist, concierge, VIP, lounge, transportation, travel support, or aviation-related services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are based on common industry practices used by airport assistance and meet-and-assist service providers.
1. Definitions
- Company refers to Ranga Aviation Services.
- Customer refers to the person or organization making the booking.
- Passenger refers to the traveler receiving the service.
- Services include Meet & Assist, Arrival Assistance, Departure Assistance, Transit Assistance, Concierge Services, Lounge Access, Transportation, Hotel Booking, and other travel-related services.
- Booking means a confirmed reservation made through Ranga Aviation Services.
2. Service Scope
Ranga Aviation Services provides travel assistance and concierge support services. We do not operate airlines, immigration counters, customs, security checkpoints, or airport authorities. Service availability may vary by airport, airline, terminal, and local regulations.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and confirmation is issued.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger and flight information.
- Incorrect information may result in service delays or additional charges.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must:
- Carry valid travel documents, visas, and identification.
- Arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
- Follow airport, airline, immigration, customs, and security regulations.
- Inform Ranga Aviation Services immediately of any flight changes, delays, cancellations, or schedule modifications.
5. Flight Changes & Delays
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate flight schedule changes.
- Services may be adjusted based on operational feasibility.
- Additional charges may apply for significant schedule changes, overnight delays, or re-bookings.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may qualify for a refund, subject to processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of service commencement may be non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- Certain third-party services such as lounges, hotels, transportation, and special requests may have separate cancellation policies.
7. Additional Services
Services such as:
- Airport Lounge Access
- Hotel Reservations
- Ground Transportation
- Porter Services
- Fast Track Services
- VIP Assistance
are subject to availability and the rules of the respective service providers.
8. Fast Track & Priority Services
Where available, Fast Track assistance is provided in accordance with airport authority regulations. Ranga Aviation Services cannot guarantee access if restricted or denied by airport, immigration, customs, security, or government authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ranga Aviation Services shall not be liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by airlines.
- Airport closures or operational disruptions.
- Immigration, customs, or security decisions.
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or baggage.
- Acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
10. Force Majeure
Ranga Aviation Services shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, airport restrictions, strikes, terrorism, pandemics, or airline operational disruptions.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Passenger information collected during booking will be used solely for service delivery, operational coordination, and customer support purposes. We will not share personal information with unauthorized third parties except where required for service fulfillment or by law.
12. Conduct Policy
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services without refund if a passenger:
- Behaves in a threatening, abusive, or unlawful manner.
- Violates airport or airline regulations.
- Endangers staff, passengers, or airport operations.
13. Third-Party Providers
Some services may be delivered by authorized partners, airport operators, transportation providers, hotels, or other vendors. Ranga Aviation Services acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the independent actions of third-party providers.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
15. Acceptance
By making a booking, payment, or using any service provided by Ranga Aviation Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
